Associate Member Company is entitled to a 100% refund of membership dues when it is demonstrated that implementation and participation in the contract portfolios does not yield at least $500 savings after 12 months of utilization. Members who opt to terminate their membership and request a refund must provide EMS Redline Association 30 day’s written notice. Upon written notice EMS Redline Association will have 30 days to remedy the situation and will not be liable for refund if $500 savings is identified and communicated to the Associate Member Company and not acted upon.
